Working with Matt has been a very interesting, rewarding and often moving experience.
I was challenged to look deeply into my life and was able to reveal to myself the answers that I was looking for which gave me confidence in my own judgement and intuition.
Each session was conducted in a relaxed atmosphere and Matt gave me as much time as I needed to formulate my thoughts.
I enjoyed having an informal plan of what I would like to discuss at each session which allowed us the space to take a detour if (and often when) something new emerged from our conversations.
Knowing that Matt was non judgemental and was working from a place of love allowed me to be completely honest with myself and him and with his guidance I have gained valuable insights into my psyche which have allowed me to foster a stronger belief in my qualities and capabilities.
